Whether it's a casual coffee chat or a serious discussion, I believe everything in HR comes down to balance. You're dealing with people, not processes alone. One day, I'd love to be a CFO; they handle a lot of money! But if I could go all out, I'd pick the CEO's chair. I've actually wondered what it would be like to run the company for a day. The decisions, the pressure, the responsibility, it'd be a challenge I'd embrace.
It's been a bit of everything: hiring, firing, inspiring. HR is definitely a moody journey! Some days you're helping someone start a new chapter, other days you're parting ways. But through it all, it's fulfilling. You get to be a part of people's stories, both good and tough.

Document everything. And also, brace yourself! Because in my journey i have worked with a lot of people, even Koreans. They're sharp, efficient, and very detail-driven. That experience taught me a lot about discipline, but also patience.
