I think it’s the people and the work culture. We experiment a lot and always look for new ways to do things. The mix of people, culture, innovation, and experimentation makes vCommission different.
Sometimes affiliate payments get delayed, and affiliates understandably ask about them. Recently, I received a message from an affiliate that said, “It’s okay, don’t apologize,” after I apologized for a payment delay. I was a little surprised because I expected him to be upset.
I would call it Jab We Met. Just like Aditya and Geet meeting unexpectedly on a train, joining vCommission was also unexpected for me. I started as an intern, and over time, everything worked out really well.
Listening to music. Whenever I’ve had a hectic day, I put on my headphones and listen to music. It helps me relax and feel better.
What’s the weirdest food combo you tried and secretly liked?
It’s not exactly weird, but I really like mixing ice cream with Fanta. It’s something I enjoy, and I think it tastes really good.
What’s one random thing you always carry in your bag?
A lip tint. I don’t even use it, but I always feel like I might need it someday.
