Introduction My name is Bharat, and I work as Advertiser Sales Manager—India at vCommission. I have over six years of experience in performance marketing. At vCommission, I’ve had the opportunity to explore verticals like eCommerce, CPS, and CPL, which have helped me grow as a professional.

Looking back, how would you describe your journey so far? It’s been exciting every single day. The journey brings new challenges, but with that also comes recognition and appreciation from vCommission. So overall, it’s going great.

What were your first impressions when you stepped into the office? It was a huge place buzzing with vibrant energy and happy people — full of what I like to call “happy chaos.”

If you had a million dollars, what three things would you buy with it? I wouldn’t spend it all. I’d invest around 80% in stocks or property. Then I’d buy a full-size SUV and plan a trip to Europe or somewhere equally beautiful.

What’s been the most rewarding moment or achievement in your journey here?

Winning the Best Sales Manager award during the annual meeting was definitely a proud moment for me and my team. It felt amazing to see our hard work being recognized.

If you had a superpower that could make your work life easier, what would it be?

I’d love the power to fly — so I could pick up employees who travel long distances and drop them home or to the office. That would make everyone’s day easier!

What’s your guilty pleasure snack during work hours?

Malai Sev Namkeen. I can’t resist it during work hours!

What’s the most challenging deal you’ve ever cracked, and how did you make it happen?

The Commission Junction deal was one of the toughest. After several calls and coordination, we finally got our account resumed. I hope to continue strengthening this partnership in the future.

If your professional life were a movie, what would be the title?

One movie can’t sum up my career! I’d say it’s a mix of Bhagam Bhaag, Tamasha, and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham.

What’s your take on pineapple on pizza — yes or no?

Not sure about pineapple on pizza, but I’m okay with BBQ pineapple.

What cartoon were you obsessed with as a kid?

Oggy and the Cockroaches! I loved it for the fun mimicry of actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Paresh Rawal; it always made me laugh.
