On December 24, 2024, our office morphed into Santa’s Workshop 2.0, brimming with joy, jingles, and holiday magic. From decked-out desks to cheer-filled carols echoing through the halls, we turned an ordinary day into a sleigh-load of unforgettable Christmas memories. Ready to unwrap the magic?
The HR team kicked things off a full week before Christmas, and let’s just say—when it comes to holiday cheer, they don’t do ‘subtle.’ Armed with enough Christmas decorations to make even Santa question his own decor taste, they brought tiny Santas, sparkly stars, candy canes, and a touch of glitter to light up the room. The real magic, however, happened when they created three fabulous photo frames that instantly became the star of the show (pun 100% intended). Employees flocked to them like they were posing for Vogue’s holiday edition, turning these frames into our unofficial holiday runway. Who needs a red carpet when you have a glittery photo frame?
But the real masterstroke? Each department was tasked with building a Christmas tree out of their framed pictures. Yep, a tree made of people—because why stick to tradition? When the big day finally arrived, the office looked like Santa’s workshop had been hit with a Bollywood makeover. Treasure Hunt: Four teams, one office, six hidden Christmas gifts, and a whole lot of serious business. Armed with cryptic clues and Santa bags, each team went full detective mode, scouring every desk, every corner, and even the office plants (don’t ask). It quickly turned into a scene straight out of an action movie—minus the explosions, of course. The fastest team snatched the prize, but honestly, we all got a decent workout from running around like over-caffeinated elves—and had a few good laughs along the way.
Cookie Decoration: Now, if you thought the Treasure Hunt was intense, wait for this. Each team got a box of plain cookies and a mountain of decorations. The catch? You had only 20 minutes to turn those cookies into edible masterpieces. The results were a mixed bag: some cookies could’ve been featured on Food Network, while others… Well, let’s just say they could’ve been showcased in a very avant-garde art gallery. Our Admin Head, the impartial judge, made sure no bribery or pleading was involved (though we’re pretty sure some tried). It was chaos, creativity, and a whole lot of sugar—just the way we like it!
As the day wound down, we unveiled the Secret Santas, sparking gasps, laughs, and a few “I knew it!” moments. Santa himself cut the cake—because who else? Carols played in the background, adding a sprinkle of nostalgia to the festivities.
