Skill set:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in advertiser / agency – facing sales roles

2. Extensive knowledge & existing network in the advertising space

3. A natural hunter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent business sense & a results-oriented approach

4. Performance-driven mind-set with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team

5. Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems under pressure

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels

7. Knowledge & experience of Has-Offers will be an added advantage
